The East Riding of Yorkshire Council, NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and Health Watch East Riding have created a survey to gather information on the health and wellbeing of the people of the East Riding of Yorkshire. This will help to develop public health and care services that are effective at helping people to improve their health and well-being.
