The Humber and North Yorkshire Keyworker Service has a number of exciting opportunities to join the service as it expands and develops.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with people aged up to the age of 25 with a learning disability, autism or both who are at the highest risk of being admitted to a mental health hospital, and their families/carers.

Personaliation Coordinator (offered as full time or part-time job share) – closing date: Thursday, 6 April 2023

Keyworker (Band 5) – closing date: Wednesday, 29 March 2023

Keyworkers will manage a caseload of people who have been identified as requiring a Keyworker. Keyworkers will make sure people and families get the right support at the right time.

Senior Keyworker (Band 7) – closing date: Friday, 31 March 2023

There will be two NEW Senior Keyworker roles bringing expertise and consultation into the Keyworking Service to ensure the Keyworker Function is embedded within  local systems to meet people’s needs in a joined-up way and whenever is possible in their communities.

Senior Administrative Assistant (Band 3) Part-Time 22.5 hours per week – closing date: Monday 3 April 2023

Do you have demonstratable administrative experience?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Administrator Assistant to join the Service.
You will provide an administrative function to the Keyworker Hub, a ‘virtual control room’ for operational support for the Keyworker Service.
