We are delighted to launch a new website for the Humber Transforming Care Partnership alongside Learning Disability Week 2022.
The website design and layout has been fully coproduced with people who have lived experience of learning disability and/ or autism, as well as with staff across the partnership.
Please have a look around the site, where you can complete our coproduced training, see upcoming news and events and access a variety of resources including a dedicated area for health and social care staff to access TCP documentation.
