The learning disability service have published a new website for the children services and adult learning disability division at Humber NHS Foundation Trust.
The 5 adult learning disability services – Hull CTLD, East Riding CTLD, Intensive Support Team, Granville Court and Townend Court inpatient unit are all together on the homepage under services tab – children and adult learning disabilities.
The site, designed for children, young people, adults with learning disabilities, and those who care for them, features a range of accessible information, resources, engaging and informative animations, photography and walk-through video tours of their estates. Many service users were involved from the start of the website’s development, bringing their lived experiences to the table to ensure the information was highly accessible, engaging and resonated with the community. Since the start of the project, over 17 adults with learning disabilities have participated in it’s co-production.
